PURCHASE PROCESS

To place an order on our website, registration during the purchase process is necessary. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES

Regarding delivery dates, for online store delivery included in our subscription, delivery will take place within 24 to 48 hours after the customer provides all requested information. For service provision, the execution period of the service will be personally notified.

For immediately downloadable products, the acquisition process begins with payment and ends at the time of download.

Access to the digital library or membership ends when the buyer cancels their automatic charge subscription. To do this, the buyer must log in to our website > click on subscriptions > click on the «view» button > click on the «cancel» button. If purchased through a PayPal link, the buyer must log into their PayPal account to cancel their subscription. We do not offer refunds of any kind once a subscription renewal has been made. It is the buyer’s responsibility to cancel in time if they do not wish to continue the service.

There is no minimum duration in which the buyer is obligated to maintain our business relationship.

No financial guarantee or deposit is required for the purchase of our products and/or services.

Regarding the material support received, it will be through download, with varying quality and interoperability depending on the specific characteristics of the acquired digital product.

There are no geographical limitations on access to the content sold on our website.

The products sold on our website enjoy all intellectual property protection rights and other legal guarantees.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 2 days following the purchase of the service, and it does not apply to products or services that have been modified by the consumer or at their request (basic configuration, product uploads, creation of new sections, custom development, etc.). Additionally, digital products cannot be returned as they can be used within this period and do not constitute a real withdrawal. All services contracted using discount coupons are not eligible for a refund.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts related to the supply of digital content (programs, applications, games, music, videos, or computer texts, either by download or real-time streaming), once the execution has begun.

Therefore, when purchasing a downloadable product and the download has already started, the right of withdrawal is forfeited.

To exercise this right, you can send us an email at support@netchlab.com requesting a refund with your order number. To get the order number, the buyer must log in to our website > click on orders > click on the «view» button.

As digital products are involved, there are no material return costs, as access is limited only; therefore, there will be no reimbursement of expenses.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised for services provided and any payment has been made on behalf of the customer, it will be paid anyway, or it will be deducted from the amount to be refunded for the service provided.

Regarding services, if they cannot be provided due to lack of cooperation from the customer, they will lose the right to a refund of what has been paid.

After-sales support for purchased products will be free if it concerns download difficulties.

Consultations resulting from the delivery of the purchased material are not included as free.

In the event of booking personalized advice on netchlab.com, the User will have a period of 24 hours in advance of the reserved date to process the modification or cancellation. If it is within 24 hours of the reservation, in no case will the User be entitled to a refund or reimbursement of the amount paid, as the appointment will be considered «completed,» and it will be necessary to reserve a new appointment.
